Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there two ways for ZoneCapture customers to access Zone Control Center? 

ZoneCapture customers have access to Zone Control Center through one of two methods. 

  1. Embedded version of Zone Control Center within the ZoneCapture code 
    1. This was turned on automatically for most existing ZoneCapture customers and will be available until May 1 2027.
    2. ⛔Customers using this version of Zone Control Center will not have access to the newest updates such as dashboard enhancements and navigation expansion to include ZoneApprovals. 
    3. ✅Starting in October, customers will have access to the Zoe AI agent, AP Intelligence. Learn how to use AP Intelligence here.
    4. ⛔Customers will not have access to the custom metrics capabilities for AP Intelligence at this time.
  2. Zone Control Center standalone Bundle 
    1. This is the recommended method for customers to access Zone Control Center
      1. ✅Current and future features
      2. ✅ZoneApprovals: ZoneCapture customers with ZoneApprovals will have access to ZoneApprovals within the Zone Control Center navigation menu and dashboard.
      3. ✅Zoe AI Agent: ZoneCapture customers will have access to the new Zoe AI Agent, AP Intelligence, designed for ZoneCapture + ZoneApproval customers. (Note: Customers on the Pay-As-You-Go plan are not eligible to use Zoe.)
      4. ✅Zoe Custom Metrics: Admin and select customers will have the ability to customize and define metrics for their account when this becomes available in fall 2026.

When was Zone Control Center added to the ZoneCapture code? 

Zone Control Center was released as a feature flag with ZoneCapture 2.20.0 in 2026. Zone Control Center was turned on for customers on a rolling basis during the spring, 2026.

Is there an additional cost? 

No. The update to Zone Control Center will not include any changes to pricing or fees. It is a value-add update designed to improve your user experience and navigation efficiency.

 

Will anything change when I have access to Zone Control Center? 

Zone Control Center offers all your standard ZoneCapture capabilities, plus access to the new dashboards and new navigation menus. 

 

When can I access Zone Control Center? 

Customers should have access to Zone Control Center by the end of May, 2026.

 

Do I need to do anything to enable it? 

No, Zone Control Center will be added to your account with the upcoming SuiteApp update.

 

I don’t see it, what should I do? 

If you are experiencing glitches, blank pages, or loading errors immediately following the ZoneCapture bundle update, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If you aren't sure how to clear your cache, follow these instructions:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  • Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
  • Note: We recommend restarting your browser after clearing the data for the best results.
    In most cases, this syncs the new update and resolves the issue instantly.

Can I access my other Zone products from Zone Control Center? 

Soon. ZoneCapture is the first Zone product to launch Zone Control Center, but ZoneBilling and ZoneApprovals will be quick to follow. By the end of summer, most of our Zone products will be available through Zone Control Center - making it easy to navigate between our products within NetSuite.

 

Are the dashboards customizable?

Not at this time. The dashboards can be filtered by subsidiary and date range to show you the data most relevant to your role. Dashboard customization will be released in 2027.

 

Why does the data in the dashboard look different if I view it twice in the same day? 

Dashboard data reflects real-time metrics and will update each time the dashboard is refreshed. Depending on the cadence of new data, the dashboard may change frequently throughout a single day. When viewing the dashboard, click the “refresh” icon to manually refresh the data if the page has sat stagnant for awhile. 

 

Can I disable Zone Control Center within ZoneCapture?

Yes. To disable the automatic redirection of ZoneCapture portlets within the Zone Control Center workspace, complete the following: in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu select Settings > Main Configuration > User Interface > Uncheck "Enable Zone Control Center Workspace". (See image below.)
