Zone Control Center is the new navigation and dashboard fabric for all Zone solutions. For your ZoneCapture customers, this means a sharper UI, real-time AP metrics at a glance, and a 40% increase in navigation speed with significantly fewer clicks.
March 2026 Launch
While the core "under-the-hood" logic of ZoneCapture remains consistent, Zone Control Center introduces a high-efficiency workspace that pre-loads dashboard data as soon as a user arrives. This eliminates the friction of manual reporting and constant page switching. The March 2026 launch will include a landing page, navigation menu, and two pre-built dashboards.

What is Zone Control Center?
Zone Control Center is the new, unified interface for the Zone platform within NetSuite. It brings your ZoneCapture tools, NetSuite approvals, and real-time AP metrics into a single, streamlined dashboard. Think of it as your new "mission control" for finance operations.
Will there be a fee involved with Zone Control Center?
No. The update to Zone Control Center will not include any changes to pricing or fees. It is a value-add update designed to improve your user experience and navigation efficiency.
How does this change my daily work?
The core functionality of ZoneCapture (processing bills, scanning, etc.) remains the same. However, Zone Control Center makes it much faster to get your work done:

Are the dashboards customizable?
Not at this time. The dashboards can be filtered by subsidiary and date range to show you the data most relevant to your role. Full customization features are slated for release by the end of 2026.
Why should I use the Zone Control Center functionality?
While you can still access legacy portlets, they will now open your tools within the Zone Control Center interface. We recommend adding Zone Control Center to your "Favorites" in NetSuite to take full advantage of the faster navigation and real-time dashboard.
How does this fit in with other Zone products?
Zone Control Center is the future of the Zone platform. By the end of 2026, it will provide a unified view across all Zone products (like ZoneBilling and ZoneReconcile). Eventually, it will house Zoe by Zone, our AI orchestration layer, allowing you to interact with your data using natural language.
