Release 2.20.0

General Information


Version 2.20.0 was released on the 27th of February and contains major enhancement and a single bug fix. Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in the new version. We will update your live account automatically and the sandbox account can be updated from the customer's end at any given time.

Enhancements

Zone Control Center available for ZoneCapture

The ZoneCapture workspace via the Zone Control Center, provides a centralized AP workspace and navigation layer for ZoneCapture and Zone AP Payments inside NetSuite.

This means AP teams no longer need to click through multiple NetSuite menu paths to access each Zone product. These products are now surfaced together in one consistent workspace.

In addition to unified navigation, the release also includes a new dashboard, which is exclusive to ZoneCapture. This dashboard surfaces:

  • Real-time capture metrics
  • Exception volumes
  • Throughput and backlog
  • Approval insights from native NetSuite approvals data

Bug Fixes

SC-4761 Upgrade Notification User" field no longer present in setup

Upgrade Notification User field available so far under Setup > Company > General Preferences has been missing in 2.19. version. The field has been added back so that an employee can be selected from which the notification emails will be sent.
