General Information

Version 2.19.1 was released on the 19th of December and contains few bug fixes. Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in the new version. We will update your live account automatically and the sandbox account can be updated from the customer's end at any given time.

SC-4514 Empty Items list in the 3-way matching pop-up

In a specific scenario affecting certain NetSuite accounts, the 3-way matching pop-up did not display the item list, leaving the manual selection dropdown empty. This issue has been resolved, allowing users to fully utilize the 3-way matching pop-up as intended.

SC-4555 Enhance the logic for POs matching when grouping is enabled

An enhancement has been introduced to improve line matching when multiple purchase order numbers are matched to a single vendor bill containing repeated items. To support more efficient matching, automatic grouping of identical item lines is no longer triggered by default. This allows each bill line to be matched individually against separate lines from different purchase orders.

SC-4647 Issues with matching of multiple purchase orders with prefixes

An issue identified in version 2.19.0 affected the matching of multiple purchase order numbers when multiple prefixes were defined in the ZoneCapture Main Configuration. This has been fixed to ensure correct purchase order number matching when prefixes are configured.

SC-4669 Sending of E-invoices fails on SuiteTax accounts

Outbound e-invoices were failing on NetSuite accounts using the SuiteTax engine due to the error: “The column with label itemTypeCode was not found.” This issue has been resolved, restoring outbound e-invoice functionality for SuiteTax-enabled accounts.

SC-4670 UBL Email Plug-in error if email does not contain PDF file

The UBL (XML e-invoice specific in Germany) email plug-in failed when emails contained only an XML file without a PDF attachment. This issue has been fixed, and PDF attachments are no longer required for successful processing.
