Depending on your contract, Zone charges the number of documents scanned or number of pages scanned. To validate your monthly Zone invoice with the actual usage you can follow the steps in this article.
- Login to your NetSuite
- Go to Transactions > ZoneCapture > Audit Report
- Export the results into an Excel sheet
- Focus on the “Received From OCR” column
- First, remove lines without any date in the Received From OCR column
- Create a pivot table using the column "Received From OCR" in the Rows section
- Add the “Pages Scanned” column to the Values section of your pivot
- Set this value either as a sum (number of scanned pages) or count (number of scanned documents) depending on your contract
Please note, that
- Mismatches can occur due to the timing of usage pulls—especially if scanning happens at the start or end of the month.
- Scans performed in Sandbox environments are not included in this Excel report; the data reflects only activity from the production environment. To include the Sandbox usage, login to Sandbox first and then follow the same steps above
