SC-4168 Incoming queue is not loading when using NetSuite in certain languages

The issue has been identified in the version 2.16.0 with loading Incoming Transactions to be processed queue when the user has NetSuite set in different language then English. The issue has been fixed so that even after switching language to e.g. German or Spanish the Incoming queue can be viewed without issues.
