General Information

The “Zone Capture License” is a license page that is built in ZoneCapture that shows to the user the current status of the license and modules that are included. The license is synchronized automatically every day around midnight but can also be synchronized on request. When the license is not present or not active ZoneCapture will be disabled:

• new Incoming Transactions To Be Processed are not created (both based on PDFs sent via email and manually uploaded)
• processing of existing incoming transactions is blocked
• sending and receiving of e-invoices is blocked

If there are any questions regarding the current license status or active modules then it is recommended to contact the sales department of Zone.

New installation: When you install ZoneCapture you might need to perform the ad-hoc manual retrieval of the Zone Capture License to activate the SuiteApp.

Accessing the license

To review the current license please navigate in the main menu to SETUP->SCAN&CAPTURE SETUP->SCAN&CAPTURE LICENSE. The page that opens shows the current license and the status.

Please note that there is a permission required to view this page called ZoneCapture License

To retrieve ad-hoc the license press on the blue button labeled “Retrieve License”. When pressed a loading page will appear with a progress indicator. Please wait until the retrieval is completed. After a successful retrieval, the page will display the current active license and a green bar that identifies that the retrieval did complete successfully.

When the license appears to still be inactive after the steps above have been performed, clear the browser's cache and cookies to reflect the current status.
