Initial Data Synchronisation
Master Account data is synchronised from NetSuite only once. The one time Company Information (Setup > Company > Company Information) synchronisation is performed during installation of a new Vendor Portal instance, as facilitated by the Vendor Portal Setup assistant in NetSuite. Following this initial synchronisation, the Company data remains static between the NetSuite account and the Vendor Portal. Any subsequent alterations made to this information within either system will not be mirrored in the other, potentially leading to discrepancies between NetSuite and the Vendor Portal datasets.

Scheduled Data Synchronisation
Data synchronisation between the Vendor Portal and NetSuite account happens at regular intervals, automatically.
- Fresh data from the NetSuite account is automatically synchronised to the Vendor Portal every 10 minutes
- Conversely, any changes made in the Vendor Portal trigger immediate synchronisation to update the NetSuite account
